Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling

We respect your time and ask for the same in return to maintain timely, high-quality care for all clients.

  • Cancellations: Please cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a late fee.
  • Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice charged the full session fee.
  • No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice will be charged in full and may impact future scheduling. Repeated no-shows may result in discharge from the practice.
  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment at no charge if done at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment time are considered late cancellations and are charged accordingly

Membership & Billing Policy

Empower You offers optional memberships for ongoing care and premium access.

  • Memberships are billed automatically on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis depending on the plan selected.
  • Billing frequency and fees are disclosed at signup and require your explicit consent.
  • Memberships auto-renew unless canceled at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
  • You may cancel your membership at any time via your patient portal or by emailing info@empoweryouhealth.org.
  • Membership fees are non-refundable once charged. Please cancel in advance to avoid future charges.

Refund Policy

Our services are elective, professional, and personalized. To maintain fairness and sustainability:

  • No refunds are issued for completed services, including appointments, evaluations, or consultations.
  • Deposits and prepaid packages are non-refundable once scheduled or initiated
  • Membership fees are non-refundable once charged.
  • Refund requests for unused prepaid services may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to an administrative processing fee.
  • Supplements, lab kits, and digital products (e.g., guides, downloads) are non-refundable once opened, accessed, or delivered.

Emergency Exceptions

We understand that life happens. In cases of verified emergencies or medical issues, one-time courtesy exceptions may be made at the discretion of the provider. Please contact our office as soon as possible.

Klarna & Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) Options

If you use Klarna or a third-party financing option, your agreement is directly with that provider. Empower You cannot cancel or refund BNPL charges. Please contact your financing provider for questions or support.
